It was just right,
I was a mere three,
Carelesss and carefree,
You knew me so well,
Held me, and I never fell.
I miss that day,
It was my birthday,
You hugged me tight,
Papa captured it allright,
I can't close my eyes,
Even after so many tries,
I miss that hug,
In the pillow my heads dug,
I wish you'd do it once more,
As you did when I was four.
